Extremism
Currently I am inbetween reading about four books at the same time. Tales of Otori by Lian Hearn, Passion India by Javier Moro, The Occult- Colin Wilson and The Wicked Women of the Raj. Obviously what little time I get now days is devoted to reading, result? Blogging is suffering...BIG Time.
Its weird, when I blog I dont get the time to read and vice versa. The only thing that remains constant is my movie watching hour. I have to see atleast one movie a day - could be crappy or an exciting one.
Any how, I wrote a sequel to Stephanie the Lazy Town Slut and though I got massive readership into a couple of hundreds but zero comments. Stat counter showed people spending time on Suspended Moments but no comments for once (I usually get atleast ten a day).
Whats up with that people? I am a comment recieving whore, I don't believe in art for arts sake but art for appreciation sake...told ya...I like getting compliments or even getting booed on my stories.....so speak up and make yourself heard.

I miss reading. I don't see how you can read 4 books at one time, I would get the characters all mixed up.
I can get quite a few hits on a page and get no comments too. What really brings people to my blog now, according to sitemeter, are google image searches. People will search for 'dog' or 'love' or 'change', etc. and one of my pics will show up in the results. So they come, stay less than a minute and leave. That's now the way I get most of my traffic, I don't even think they're reading anymore.

Good to see you Steve! How is life in beautiful Salinas? I'm down to three books now and hunting for a new one to include.
Lets see, I have one book that I read before I go to bed at night, one I read during meal time, another in the loo;) and the last one in the evenings in the garden while I keep an eye on the kids.
It seems that sex and politics get the hits and the comments but they are both rather exhaustive topics and their readership fickle;)

Life is good as always. For me, simple and plain is the best. Excitement usually means chaos and I'm not much of a fan of chaos anymore.
Kristin's home from school today and she now has her own software so she can play on her computer while I'm on mine.
If sex and politics get the most comments then perhaps your next sex story should be about a politician running for office!
