A Dead Mole In The Hole
There was a mole in my garden that was digging up plants, making big holes, eating up the bulbs and generally being irksome. I had one of the workers put a bucket full of insecticide down one of the holes. The little guy managed to come out of the hole and died within a couple of hours. The rest of him was dug up and given a proper burial where the rest of little creatures that died in my garden have been laid to rest.
Thankfully Aayan wasn't there or else I would have had to say some nice words about the mole while it was being buried. Strangely enough Aayan understands the meaning of death. Guess its one of the perks of having pets and being surrounded by nature.

Not sure how young your kid is. My four-year old angel began understanding the concept watching Disney movies! Lion King is one of her favorites.

Deepti, you know I'm terribly fond of you so don't mind me saying this: couldn't you do something other than whack the poor guy?
Holes aerate lawns! That's good. Then all you have to do is put yard waste next to the hole and the guy has his food too.
Co-existing with pests - thats what it is. We do it every day at work and online so don't tell me you can't do it :)

Aspi, awww...critters do pull your heartstrings. But good idea I'll start leaving my kitchen waste near the holes and yeah these pests are easier to manage than the online ones. At least I am the lord and master of the playground;)
Thanks for the tip:)

So what sort of bug killer do we use to whack the SIFfies and assorted trolls that make our lives so lively?
