Was that the reason for you taking the picture or did they appear after you snapped?

After I snapped but these aren't dust orbs so wondering:)

my first thought was pigeons, my second thought was flash glare due to shaky hands, my third thought was conan doyle's angels, my fourth thought was a plastic bag caught in the tree, my fifth thought was, so why is Dee taking a shot of her backyard (or wherever) in the pitch dak, my sixth thought was, dang Dee may have a genuine mystery on her hands, and my seventh and final thought was, does she have the photo in a bigger size because that'd be useful.

Deepti, my mind could think of 3 options on this in 3 mins :)

1. Did you shake your hand, while taking the pic, was the camera's lighting set for night mode or you took it in normal mode.

2. Is this tree close to boundary wall or the fence hedge that encircles your house. In that case is it the light from a car or truck or for that matter any vehicle's strong beam of headlight.

3. Do you have a lamp post, on the gate/entrance to your house or something of that sort and is this tree near to the gate. So when you clicked this pic, may be the stream of light from the lamp post created this illusion.

Tanay, No to all three.

My new camera is the anti shake Olympic digital camera.

It was one in the night when the snap was clicked and our boundary wall is too high plus there are no roads behind our house.

No gate since its the backside of the garden and there are no lamps on the backside.

So.....?:)

Oooops, is it a UFO :)
