There will be no little muchacho for Eva Longoria and her hubby basketball star Tony Parker. She has been banned from feeling maternal desperation by Marc Cherry, the creator of Desperate Housewife:

The show's creator Marc Cherry doesn't want to go through the same complications as when Longoria's co-star Marcia Cross got pregnant.

Fair enough, but the money they must be shelling out to Eva must be substantial why else would she this kind of infringement lightly?
