Iran Maligns US For Carrying Out Terrorist Actions In Japan, Vietnam And Iraq
International mudslinging between the US and Iran has intensified. Despite the visit of the Iranian President to the Columbian University without as much as a phone call from his long lost American twin President Bush, the name calling has struck some creative notes:
A statement signed by 215 Iranian MPs cited the bombing of Japan during World War II, and the invasions of Vietnam and Iraq, as "terrorist actions".The largely symbolic move comes days after the US Senate urged the White House to brand Iran's Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organisation.
The foreign ministry in Tehran said it backed the MPs' motion.
Could this be the Persian way of saying- People living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones?
